Signing on to website

Click the "login" link at the top left. A login box should slide down from the top. Enter your User ID and Password and click "Sign In" button. You will be redirected to your home page.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

Signup to use the site

Current customers can register on the site by clicking "Logon", then select "New User!"
To register you will need to enter your Account Number and an Invoice Number from within the last year, then click the "Existing Customer" buttton.

Signing out

Click on "Logout" button at top left any time you want to sign off from the website.

Viewing Item details

Hovering over an item number usually pops up a window with details of the item. The popup disappears when you hover out of the window. To keep the popup in view, position the cursor somewhere on the popup window.
You can also get more detail by clicking the item or picture!

Quickly Reorder from Your Item History

You can quickly reorder from a list of your item history.
Under "Customer Self Service" you will see "Item History" where you can select a date range (and narrow it by partial item numbers or descriptions), then order directly from the list!

Quickly Reorder from previous orders

You can quickly reorder or repeat a previous order (and change quantities, add items, etc.) by viewing a previous order ("VIEW ORDER" Button) and then select the order, click "Show Details" and then click "Reorder"!
You can add multiple reorders to the same order by choosing another order and "Reorder" - this will add those items to your current order.

Check your Account Address and AR Info anywhere

Clicking the "My Account" button at top will show you the current selected customer information and link for balance information.
